Clients' Needs First: We focus on meeting our client’s needs and protecting their interests first. In so doing, our own needs are met in the long run.
Consultancy: We are not “sales people;” we are professional consultants and representatives with serious fiduciary responsibilities. When representing buyers, our task is to help them make good purchasing decisions. When representing sellers, our task is to market properties knowledgeably and professionally so as to maximize value and meet other attendant needs.
Honesty: Truthfulness is fundamental to who we are and what we do. We’ll tell the truth as we understand it even if our clients would sometimes rather not hear it. We’ll also admit when we’re wrong and, as with all humans, we sometimes are.
Fairness: We understand that our first loyalty is to those whom we represent but we seek solutions that are fair to all parties.
Respect: We conduct our business with deep respect for everybody who is a party to our transactions.
Communication: We keep channels of communication constantly open to our clients and to all other involved parties.
Professional Knowledge: We work continuously to increase our professional knowledge. We know,
however, when to seek outside assistance and consultation so that our clients receive the best possible available advice.
Integrity: Integrity has been defined as “having your beliefs and your behavior match.” We strive every day to attain this goal.
